Every patient who wishes to avail of the various services in Kokilaben Hospital has to get registered. This is a one-time event which gives you a permanent UHID number. Registration and billing counters are present on the first and second floors near the OPD. The patient needs to pay for appointments and all other services prior to availing the same.

TPAs

The Third Party (Claims) Administrator (TPA) Insurance service is one of the facilities offered by Kokilaben Hospital. The TPA acts as a mediator between the medical claims department and the concerned insurance company (both public and private insurance companies)

Accident and Emergency

Our Emergency and Trauma service, on the ground floor, is designed to function as a Level-3 Trauma Center - handling the most critical of patients. It has the ability to treat a cross section of emergencies - children as well as adults with complex injuries and illnesses.

Patient Education

The division of thoracic oncology primarily treats patients with all thoracic malignancies such as tumours of the lung, oesophagus, mediastinum and chest wall. It also serves patients with pulmonary metastases from other cancers. Most patients require multidisciplinary treatment.

Billing Information

Financial arrangements for your medical care at our hospital must be made prior to or at the time of admission either through Insurance, corporate tie-up or advance deposit.

Visitors

The Convention Centre, located on the sixth floor, can host medical conferences and clinical workshops. Equipped with all the technologies to beam in live procedures from any corner of the world and beam out procedures from Kokilaben Hospital, the centre has a capacity to seat more than 500 people.

KH welcomes visitors. This policy is designed to balance the patient’s need for visitors & it addresses the procedures and guidelines for Patient Visitors.

Timings

1700 to 1900 hrs for all the wards including ICUs.
